No, it's people swearing that they voted in the Republican primary but will never support a Republican candidate in the general election. By Mississippi law a voter can vote in the primary of one party only, and must intend to support the party nominations if they vote in the primary election. It looks like McDaniel is trying to get those votes thrown out.

From what I’ve previously read, MS State laws don’t allow a vote for one party in a primary to cross-over and vote for the other party in the general election. ....These people said they voted for a (weak) GOP candidate in the primary and that they would vote Dem in the general.
