You may recall that on Friday, in what would have been a Christmas Miracle were it not several months early, Congress actually got something done. It was the passage of a bill approving $225M in funding for Israels Iron Dome defensive missile system. It was quite the bipartisan effort in retrospect, garnering an overwhelming 395 votes in the House with only eight in opposition. One of those eight was Minnesota Congressman Keith Ellison...Beto O'Rourke, D-El Paso, was another of the eight, and "Issa Khlyel, a board member for the Islamic Center of El Paso, approved of O'Rourke's vote", claiming to have been one of the "Palestinians" kicked out by Israelis in 1948. The others were Zoe Lofgren (D-Ca), Jim Moran (D-Va), Justin Amash (R-Mi), Walter Jones (R-NC), Thomas Massie (R-Ky), and Mark Sanford (R-SC).
I expect that from Dems, nor Pubbies. Very surprising.
Justin Amash voted against?? (And Mark Sanford??) Jeez.
I had to use an Alexandria mailing address since the D-bag only takes e-mails from people in his district.
