I suppose one could say the same thing about the people of this country, increasingly thuggish, increasingly elitist, unapologetic jerks. I mean, if we want to paint everybody with a broad brush.
Cops don’t do anything good now-a-days. Not one. I’m sure of it because I haven’t seen it in the media.

Au contraire. I see a story or two every week where a police officer does something good for the citizenry (because he or she isn't treating them like the peasantry), without waddling out of an MRAP.
