I still cannot get health care.
They cancelled my plan in March. I had the plan for 10 years with Anthem Blue Cross.
I have tried dozens of times to to qualify.
Now Covered California says I qualify but the open enrollment period is closed.

You can apply in November when the new open enrollment period starts ... along with millions of other people!
I’m sure their computer systems will be able to handle millions of people applying and re-applying all at once.
