You got that right, and all you have to do is look at his schedule to see the proof. The earliest he starts work is at 9:00 am, which is very seldom. Most of the time it's 10:00 am or later. Then by 2:30 pm or 3:30 pm he's done for the day.

President Bush in contrast was in the Oval office every morning at 7:00 am and worked until 6:00 PM, He was vilified by the left because he did not stay up until 9:00 pm like Clinton did, who started his day at the Oval Office at 8:00 AM
