If the outside of the packages is contaminated, you will be the cause of the insides becoming contaminated.

I don't doubt that could and will happen.

I also do not trust that the inside of the package was not contaminated either by accident or on purpose.

If this stuff is being produced in third world countries, I am immediately suspect that it could be contaminated with anything.
