New? Looks like the older, old pattern. Yep, looks strikingly similar to the original nomex version of the BDU I wore back in the late 90s. Third uniform change for the Army in less than a decade...but, hey, DoD uniform contractors gotta eat too.

Probably vast warehouses full of the old ripstop stuff still unused.
