That still sounds strange. Is it something local or in that state? or are they just too busy?
Wal-Mart was famous for it’s supply chain and getting things there on time. At one point they even offered to teach their competitors to do it too.
Times always change I guess.
The wal-marts in my area have had plenty of product on the shelves in both the food and GM depts.
