Um, what if he had to use the restroom? Did he just go into an airport or hospital restroom and use the facilities and leave?
Will all illegals head for the borders in terrified flight and will all illegals en rout to the US turn around in Mexico and head back to Central America?
See post #22.
How many medivac’d patients do you know that are ALLOWED to ambulate themselves into hospital?
Much less over sharp rocks while wearing a level 4 suit...
Would you just have had him shot, then have the body burned?
Yes...Ebola is bad news, no disagreement here. However, he has not been “released on the American public”. I would be willing to bet he is under the strictest isolation available. If he doesn’t recover, he is going to die in a most horrid and frightening way. I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.
Did you happen to notice how Dr Brantly and his walking escort were dressed?
What if they were in a fender bender?
What if there’s a minute tear or rip in his suit?
It takes one (1) viron to cause infection.
And the dithering over ‘airborne’ seems to be mainly over the size of the droplet required to do the trick:

Responsibly would be staying where he was until he went through a quarantine to assure he's "safe" before entering the US. Responsibly would be figuring out how supposedly well-protected people got the disease before anyone who might have been infected left.
I noticed them walking over potentially sharp rocks wearing the easily damaged protective suits.
Trusting the CDC with his care is another matter entirely:

His bodily secretions are infective for SEVEN WEEKS post recovery.
That’s nearly 2 months.
Yes I’m sure Africans are at a disadvantage with all diseases. Malnourished in many, if not most, cases. But of course there are vulnerable people everywhere, children, old people, people who are already sick in some way. Not every single person died of smallpox or plague either, but an awful lot did.
On top of that consider this: The CDC is part of the obama regime; Obama is dedicated to the destruction of the US; one-thousand miles from Atlanta, obama is importing other communicable diseases across the border; throughout the US, obama is “redistributing” the disease carriers to all points within the country; obama banned flights to Israel, but not flights to the US from Western Africa; this week, obama is importing several African leaders for a supposed summit meeting.
What if they’d gotten in a wreck? You see, that’s how my mind works. I don’t think a police escort would have been out of line. Or close the roads entirely. We do that for Obama, etc.
You are correct as there has never been a ambulance in an automobile accident before in the US which resulted in bodily fluids spewed all over the place.
He was wearing a fully encased hazmat suit — video here:

There’s got to be some evacuation facility with those suits. After all, it’s the bodily fluids that must be contained.
Lol beat me by :9 seconds.
