Hey OBummer!
1) What you mean "we" Kemosabe?
2) If water-boarding is torture, then just about every Soldier, Sailor, Marine or Airman who has made it through Special Ops training has a cause of action to lay before the World Court.
Please indulge me if I post what may seem to be a slightly off-topic question.
Why should we beat our collective breasts over a few terrorists who were subjected to intense interrogation techniques - not torture - but intense interrogation - and at the same time express no concern for the subjection of our own troops - volunteers - citizen soldiers - patriots - who freely go into harm's way to secure Freedom for people in far-off countries - and are constrained to operate under the most draconian ROE's ever imposed on our Armed Forces?
I thank the Lord for our men and women who go into combat for us day in and day out, as I thank the Lord for the agents, both military and civilian, who extract vital intelligence from recalcitrant detainees.
They save lives every day. Their service and sacrifice keeps us safe.

O stranger, tell the Lacedaemonians that we lie here, obedient to their command.
Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)
