Come on, the whole Ukraine business is all about pushing the hot buttons that will get Conservatives to swallow the lies along with 10% truth.
That's about what I think everything you listed and everything coming out now. Lies mixed with 10% truth.
I've felt that way about all reporting about anything in Eastern Europe by the media since a good friend of mine served his last two years in the service in part in Kosovo. I'll take his word for the fact that 90% of what was spewed by the media was a complete lie, the exact opposite of what he saw himself.
Feel free to defend the administrations party line on Ukraine and whatever else you want to swallow, but don't tell me the media has been telling the truth about this or any of the other things you mentioned. That flies in the face of common sense.
Now, go ahead and yell "Dumbass" or "Putinista" or whatever else you like but please, go read some friggin' history about the region called Ukraine as opposed to the mess Communists created, called Ukraine, and when the Soviet Union fell apart left people with the choice of a new country or Russia without so much as a nod to the countries that had controlled parts of the Ukraine Region for hundreds of years before idea of a nation named Ukraine ever existed.
As it stands, a lot of people who I once thought had good common sense have been making fools of themselves defending a "nation" that in reality has never existed prior to an "either/or" choice given them in the 1990s along with a lot of promises no one in Kiev has ever lifted a finger to try and keep.
Fighting to help make Ukraine the low cost labor provider for Europe now that jihad in Europe is obviously brewing doesn't make a bit of sense to me. Talk about the energy in Ukraine all you like, but control of it will be put on the auction block and when that happens Iz Lame will own, control it, and have all sorts of good reasons to leave it in the ground. What a wonderful solution, providing Iz Lame with still more energy reserves so that nasty man Putin and the evil Russians won't profit from Russian energy sales. Brilliant, more self-defeating garbage.
If the country turns into three or four nations with people of common national heritage in each it wouldn't bother me a bit unless there's massive bloodshed to accomplish that. Given the history of the people in the area, though, massive bloodshed by Communists, Nationalists, Nazis, and any other group that can get the upper hand for a while is pretty much the only tradition they have in common among the half dozen different ethnic groups.
Sure..
Well then you deserve the disrespect of being called what you are a dumbass...and now a hypocrite.
you regurgitate a line of crap from the media that includes, "Chechen Muslims killing Christians in Ukraine" and the only Chechen I've seen interviewed had the Cross of St. George Crowned on their sleeves, not the Crescent of Iz Lame and you're not drinking the Kool Aid?
Wow. You think there are no Muslim Chechens in Ukraine because none have been interviewed? Never mind the numerous independent reports of Vostok Battalion markings on tanks, flags on buildings. Nevermind that they did the same in Georgia which was well documented with photos and numerous independent reports on this website long before you showed up here on this website and long before Obama was president.

You are ignorant of the fact that the people of Ukraine, about 80% of them, self identify themselves as ethnic Ukrainians who want to be part of Ukraine.

Kosovo was about Clinton's propaganda. Syria, Libya and Egypt are about Obama's propaganda. Georgia and Ukraine are NOT about their propaganda. You are regurgitating Putin's line of crap.

Utter nonsense. What has been going on Ukraine has been happening long before Obama came to power in 2008 as many of us having been following here on Free Republic, thread after Ukraine and Georgia thread for the past 10 or 15 years. You are buying the Putin line of crap that Ukraine is about Nazis and Obama. It is NOT.
Now, go ahead and yell "Dumbass" or "Putinista" or whatever else you like...
You deserve the disrespect hypocrite, don't blame me, and quit whining about it.

The people of Ukraine, about 80% of them self identify themselves as ethnic Ukrainians who want to be part of Ukraine. They don't want to be starved by the millions by tyrants, they don't want to be slaughtered by Nazis, they don't want to be controlled by communists and they don't want to be part of Putin's present day tyrannical Russia.
That's their choice and Russia and Putin and ignoramuses such as yourself need to leave them alone.
