A recent poll by The Pew Research Center is reporting that America is more divided than ever. According to the poll, 66% of consistently conservative Republicans think the Democrats’ policies threaten the nation’s well-being and half (50%) of consistently liberal Democrats say Republican policies jeopardize the nation’s well-being. With everything that is going on in our country, all Americans should be united. So, what is it that has us divided? The issues that we are facing effects all Americans on both sides of the political fencefrom foreign policy disasters, wide-open borders to the economy.

My goal is to be a positive ion in the world. Doesn’t always happen, but it’s a goal.
That is precisely my point. An electorate that would nominate and elect a leftist like Obama is the major problem. Obama is the symptom. People might claim that Obama is neither as leftist as conservatives claim or that many Dems were fooled and think Obama is just another liberal president.
My own view is that many Dems thoroughly approve of our Marxist, demagogue president. They think we can have utopia without having to work for it. That's the real problem.

That's the symptom, not the cause.
The cause is that we lowered import tariffs, so that those of us with jobs could enjoy cheap imports. And we put half our people out of work in the process.
But the real cause is that we kicked God to the curb and lost whatever wisdom we had.
Agreed, voting will not help, there is no choice. Either communist/socialist or socialist lite GOPE.

Those were easily identified external enemies big difference, we now battle internal enemies, some are probably your neighbors and relatives.
There are definitely differences, but the hopelessness is the same.
