The ID cards will be considered voter ID. That is why they give them licenses.

What do you bet they will not be expected to have car insurance.

And don’t tell me car insurance is required in Colorado. It may be for Americans, but it will be overlooked for illegals. They hit you, you pay.

Did CO drop that requirement recently, I wonder. All states require it. Wow.
