The US is paying for Hamas to purchase new and better missiles from North Korea. The money is for Humanitarian purposes but it is given to Hamas directly. It will go to North Korea to prepare for the next round after Israel relents and gives them some breathing and regrouping room.

We played this game in Vietnam. We won the war-WON it at least twice. The gentlemen in Hanoi were ready to sue for peace and were preparing to deal with an American occupation of the North and Uncle Lyndon decided we were not being fair to our Noble Enemy and at critical points we backed off so that the enemy could refresh, regroup, re-arm and dragoon more peasants for the next meatgrinder session.
