I guess that depends, Michael. If you weren't getting Welfare, you and your daughter would be starving on the street. If someone else wasn't working to earn money and then pay part of that money in taxes, you wouldn't have Welfare. If the whole world decided to live off Welfare, we would all die. When rich people do these things it makes me suspicious, as though they are trying to gauge how little the little peons can subsist on. Death camp commandants probably measured out diets like this.
