Here's how they're "supposed" to look: you'll have to click on the link here, I can't img src the picture.

In the name on the link, the "Tofu" is in kanji, but the "shinjo" is in hiragana. If it were "shinjou," that would mean "feeling of tofu nuggets," which would be a reasonable marketing name; I wonder if that's what they meant and were misspelling it the way marketers misspell words here (e.g. "Krispy Kreme"), or if the name means something else.
