Back in the 90’s the EPA imposed restriction on manufacturing claim the over use of Ozone depleting chemicals were reducing the Ozone layer in our atmosphere.

Manufacturers all over the world curbed their use of Halogens, and CFC’s.
Now the EPA has swung the pendulum to the other extreme. What’s that say about absolute power breeding absolute corruption?

I recently read a piece about bootleg refrigerants containing methane and can be a safety hazard as far as explosion.

This of course is a result of increased costs of refrigerants due to the elimination of CFC’s.
