The crash site is in rebel held territory. It is now 13 days since the plane was shot down. Investigators still do not have unfettered access to the crash site.
My question: whose interests are being served by this fact?
That is certainly true, and Putin should be tried for crimes against humanity.

What does “unfettered” mean in this context. Do they have access or not? Of course they don’t have “unfettered” access. It’s a war zone.
