I can’t help but suspect that perhaps Boehner and few other Pubs were involved in the surge to the border. In doing so- it would create a “crisis”- in which Obama would threaten to do another EO, and of course, Repubs would then have cover for coming up with an immigration bill. I really think we have been played.
