According to the video description, the place of the incident was "Tikrit" in Iraq, according to a video description, and describe themselves as Rafidis, which include Shiites, Iranians, Alawites ..... an imprecise term.
According to a Twitter Video Description the largest massacre of Shiites in Tikrit.
It is not known if it this video relates to the first massacre in Tikrit ago more than a month, or if they have committed more massacres.

Watching a second time thru to see those who were doing the shootings rather than just the people. Those guys are just killing machines...nothing more...that is what darkness of the soul evolves to with the help of the Koran and their religious teachers. I wonder...where are they getting truckloads of these guys? They don’t look like soldiers for the most part.....are they just gathering them off the streets so they can “show” the world how ruthless they are?

BTW, just ran across an item that all women between puberty and menopause in the territory controlled by ISIS are being required to submit to compulsory genital mutilation. Something like 4M women, though presumably some have already had the operation.

Sometimes they’ll start the process by gathering an entire extended family and executing half of them. Then they ask for a volunteer for jihad to redeem the honor of those remaining.

I can’t attest to the validity of the video. But those are single shots at close range. They aren’t going to cause body parts to fly off.
There does appear to be blood pooling under the victims and in at least one case there is a very obvious spurt of blood from the head of one victim.
