I’m sorry but I’ve been attacked by a dog, if you wait until he’s advancing it’s too late. If he bares his teeth (and/or growls) back up because he feels threatened, if he continues shoot.

You poor thing.
How many cops bitten by dogs have died?
Dogs come with the territory and if you choose to be a cop deal with it.

I haven't heard of any reports yet of a dachshund getting shot by police.

My little guy is all of 17 pounds, but he does like to bark at strangers on the street. Once he knows who's a regular and who is not, he stops barking when he sees you on the street.

I have no doubt that the time will come when even the dachshund falls victim to the "I felt threatened for my safety" excuse by today's police.

I was molested by a Viet Nam vet pedophile.

I reckon I should just start shooting all Nam vets if they look at me funny.

‘Cuz, ya know, “before it’s too late”.

Stay inside your house, you will be safer there, better yet, hide under your bed.
