What if some of those nukes were in rebel held territory?

Good question. I would like to think the government could maintain control over its nukes, but I could see the opposite happening, too.

Kiev Government has no control over anything since they assumed office....conflict is not only in E.Ukraine, and the city of Keiv still not stable, but Western Ukraine is now having events occurring.

Further, in the East there are vast armor storage areas, which the separatists did acquire guns and ammo etc. from.....so if or not any nukes left there remains to be seen or known about IMO.
