Why don’t they do through their own courts?
A Russia refusal to defend against the class action could lead to a claim against Russian assets in the US.
They need to sue Malaysian Airlines for fying onver a WAR ZONE where 4 aircraft had beed shot down including one troop carrier at 22,000 feet. If the Russians supplied a SA11 to the Ukranians ( which they did) and it was captured by the East Ukranian after ther duely elected Government was over thrown? How do you sue Russians? I’m lost on the comnnection.
