It’s obvious a lot of people here have never lived in a city. There definitely is such a thing as predatory towing, in Chicago there is even a song about it, the “Lincoln Park Pirates”. There is a lot of money to be made by unscrupulous Tow operators. The Gay Days bit is silly, but if a lot is not posted, the cars shouldn’t be towed.
I don’t think anyone’s denying that there’s predatory towing; that happens to be their actual nature.
The story is about blaming the tow truck driver for being anti gay just because he towed cars.
