In the last 30 years Russia has changed, with our urging, for the better.

This is an observation that is entirely divorced from the reality.

There are people being sentenced to hard labor in neo-soviet gulags in Russia. There are people being murdered in Russia. The "democratic" system does not exist in Russia, only its appearance,and new crazed ideologies replace the old ones.

Well, with garbage like that, you must think that there is nothing the Russians are willing to do that will earn your acceptance. Your mind is made up, programmed not to change.
