The simple solution is to avoid at all costs having anything to do with so-called first responders.
That means not calling 911 in an emergency and may mean the difference between life and death for a loved one. It also means not driving or riding in an Onstar equipped car during which the system is operating. And most general, not being in public and getting into a situation that prompts someone else to call 911 on your behalf.
That’s a lot to avoid.
