There were numerous reports this morning directly contradicting your AUTHORITATIVE quotes. The first airline was Delta. THEN the FAA issued their NOTAM. The reset followed the NOTAM.
BTW, can you even name the flag carriers from the US that service Tel Aviv? No? I thought so.
