So does the Border Patrol or ICE but then they feed and clothe them, render medical service then put them on a bus or plane and send them into our cities to be serviced by the taxpayer until the next election, where they will repay us for our kindness.

Also, several hundred miles of the TX border would require scaling cliffs up to 400 feet high.

IMO, the people saying the NG can’t detain illegals is wrong. Posse Comatatis (sp?) restricts the military from acts against US citizens. ...It doesn’t restrict acts against border invaders.
