I heard that only a minuscule portion of Obama’s requested 3.7 billion is earmarked to be spent this year. This money is in no way intended to be used to staunch the current flow.
Such a deal,,,we’ve saved a 1,000 million already.
“Senate Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) told colleagues Tuesday that she will move a bill with $2.7 billion in emergency spending for the border,...............”
It’s about keeping those loyal DEMOCRAT lawyers with funding to kick back to the Democrat party. It’s about keeping you, and me paying blood into the fund they suck from.
Demoncrats pull the old bait and switch and the Republicans fall for it every time. Obama’s original request was for 2.7B. That didn’t sit well with most Conservatives. So Obama and Milkulski get together and say “Let’s add another billion, let them stew on that a while. Then when we drop it back down to 2.7B, those stupid Republicans like Boner will think they are getting a deal.
The money is not the important part of this bill. The important part of this bill is that the DEMOCRATS are blocking the expedited deportation of these kids. The DEMOCRATS are ensuring that all of their cases will be tied up in immigration courts for years.
This is a gift for the midterms.
Maybe i am wrong but i read somewhere that the Feds are planning to spend BILLIONS building ENTIRE towns for these Hispanic invaders.

“”The budget office projected only $25 million would be needed by the Department of Health and Human Services next month and $3.4 billion would be spent in 2015 with the remainder needed over the next five years.””
Who on earth comes up with this swill? Who’s doing the math?
Originally - $3.7 billion. Now proposed $2.7 billion. Use $25 million next month and $3.4 billion next year with the remainder over the next five years?
If this is coming from the Congressional Budget Office, what are they smoking?
