One has to wonder who was responsible for either allowing or directing Flight 17 into that "kill zone" when all previous air traffic were advised to avoid that area of the country ..........
Strangely enough, there is no mention of the air traffic control records that could share some light on to who was responsible........

Those were “Seized/impounded” by Kiev shortly after the accident. They could tell a lot.
