When the Korean airliner was shot down by the Soviets, the USA released intelligence information to prove it.
But that divulged sources and methods.
And they were able to figure out we got the information from Japan, changed codes, etc... It was estimated that the release dropped our future intelligence gathering by 2/3
So learning from history there is reason to be careful about exactly what is released
Ordinarily I would agree to some extent...but this administration does everything with the idea of protecting Obama...which includes information ...and I’m not convinced his hand is free from responsibility.
