Wake up. Someone with authority should close the bridge off to all traffic until the bridge is inspected. I don’t like this.

Late reports have said that the flags were whitewashed. I assume that that means that the flags were the same American flags that were at the top of the bridge and which were painted, but given the state of literacy among the MSM It could mean something else.
