Right. I guess the protest in Detroit last weekend to demand that water be provided to residents for FREE is a sign that things are getting better.
I guess the turning off of the delinquent water accounts was the sign of things getting better.
Most of those morons weren’t even from Detroit and don’t have a clue as to what is going on there.
