Who can blame these people for expecting free water.
Welfare pays for their Housing, their food, their medical care, their electricity, their transportation, their heating oil, their clothes, their spending care, their daycare, their children's school breakfast, lunch and afternoon “snack meal” their computers, their Internet, their job training, and their free Obama phones.
Heck, the government even pays them to babysit their OWN kids!
Why not water too?
If they want free water, go stand in the rain.
