Here is how I see Cruz’s actions.

1) He is SPONSORING a BILL, a legislation to shut down President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals’ program.

Cruz offered his bill as a plan to end the border crisis — and the suffering that takes place south of the border as children travel to the United States — by thwarting Obama’s policy of acting as if the DREAM Act has already passed.

2) However, he still sees the need to PERSONALLY see to it that these children are shown compassion ( not by using tax payer money I might add ).

You feed and kids, heal them when they are sick, but still SEND THEM HOME.

I don’t see any conflict or contradictions in his actions IF Cruz does that.
