As a CPA I resent that comment. I have hands on experience running business. Not all CPA’s are so cost conscious as to destroy what works. The objective is to fix what is broken.
Any business is only as good as the employees and you reward productivity by empowering the employees. Keep out of the way of production and eliminate bureaucracy. You monitor what is going on but minimize your presence and interference.
I always told my employees u will fire you quicker for not making a decision than making one. When you do not make one in essence you did and most times the wrong one.
You can teach employees how to make the decisions you want if you will take the time. Lastly do not tell me how to do the accounting and I will nor tell you how to rebuild the engine in my car. I will listen to your reccomendations and rey ans have the job done right the first time because that is always the cheapest way to do any job.
“Lastly do not tell me how to do the accounting and I will nor tell you how to rebuild the engine in my car. I will listen to your reccomendations and rey ans have the job done right”
CPAs I have dealt with do know how to spell.
