Just what is the breakout of nationalities on that doomed flight? In addition to Malaysians, we know about Americans, Australians, and Dutch among the dead.

From the Daily Mail, UK: Note how no Americans are identified. Word is Obama isn't allowing that information to go out because he was too busy fundraising at rich democrats houses last night, and didn't want this to interfere with the potential optics of doing nothing.

Who exactly would be “holding it to contain international outrage?” The Dutch and Malaysians are the ones who have the passenger manifests. They are the primary victims. Why would they want to contain international outrage?
