Florida authorities have arrested more than 100 workers at a Naples vegetable packing plant for allegedly using fake identities to get their jobs.

That points out an interesting aspect of the illegal alien problem that I've not seen much if anything about before. Every state probably has laws against ID fraud and many other crimes illegal aliens commit beyond illegal entry into the US.

I don't recall hearing in the past where states enforced such laws against illegals. When these law are broken, it has nothing to do with the Feds preeminence in immigration law.

Tell that to Arizona, Texas and Florida.

Everytime any concerted attempt is made to enforce laws against illegal aliens, the feds swoop in and claim “jurisdiction” to protect them.

Anyone who buys a Tyson product is enabling illegal slave labor.
But the southern states are not allowed to complain about imported slaves...
