My daughter comes back today from church camp. I paid $275 for 5 days and nights for food, lodging, entertainment, and bible study included, no extra charge.
Good point, ours was $129 for five days last year, but that camp was heavily subsidized by private donations in the $10K+ range, as I think most of them are. Still, cost no where near what DHS wants.
I wonder if the “Baptist” group that is getting funds for the ‘surge’ will be providing free Bible Studies to the illegal immigrants.
(That sounds like a wonderful camp for your daughter!)
