Well there have always been those even within the experienced armed forces. Heck Ukraine shot down one of Russia’s planes by mistake and it wasn’t even a war zone... they were suppose to know what they were doing.
Who has more incentive to use SAMs? The pro-Russian or pro-Ukranian forces?
Did they blame the pilot of the downed plane???
