At 33,000 feet that airliner should have been at a safe altitude above a war zone.

And the No Fly Zone covered Crimea and southeastern Ukraine — not Donetsk.

There is no way to blame the pilot on this one.

The air route was "declared safe." Oh well. Anyway, it looks like allot of civilian planes were flying here. Foolish? Yes.
