The front line U.S. Border Patrol agents are essentially refusing to perform any unconstitutional act upon the protesters, and they let their intentions be known to their superiors. Is there a government agency in the U.S. which would not readily say this?
If the rank and file went to their superiors en mass and stated they would refuse to obey orders and had a "virtual mutiny" I would like to see it.
This would be nearly impossible to hide.

Yes!
DHS would never take this position.
IRS would never take this position.
EPA would never take this position.
HHS would never take this position.
AG’s office would never take this position.
