Actually it would facilitate the rearming of Hamas. Once their missiles are depleted, they will have to get them into Gaza from somewhere.
Hamas is CURRENTLY the one in control of that situation. Are you saying that the Palestinian Authority would do MORE than Hamas is currently doing right now - in the way of rockets?
Keep in mind that there are NO ROCKETS in all the Palestinian Authority controlled areas of Judea and Samaria.
