I was guessing the profane Nuestra Señora de la Santa Muerte, “Saint Death”, aka Señora de las Sombras (”Lady of the Shadows”), Señora Blanca (”White Lady”), Señora Negra (”Black Lady”), Niña Santa (”Holy Girl”), Santa Sebastiana (St. Sebastienne) or Doña Bella Sebastiana (”Our Beautiful Lady Sebastienne”) and La Flaca (”The Skinny Lady”).

In truth, it is just a crude extrapolation from Aztec mythology, of Mictecacihuatl, Queen of Mictlan, the underworld. The land of the dead. In the myth, she began her career as a child sacrifice.
