I was pontificating awhile back over the increasing number of Bad cop incidents, like shooting family dogs, gunning down people who turned out not only to be the wrong skin color but not even in the same type and color car as the suspected felon they were supposed to be chasing, or serving a no knock warrant on the wrong house then gunning down innocent people who were trying to defend themselves from what they thought were armed intruders or throwing a flash bang into a baby's crib and blowing the poor kid's face all to hell.

Anyhow I was pondering all that and saying some people are going to start killing cops and then the reaction of the public is going to be "So?" but I was wrong. Yes I was very wrong. Now things are getting to the point that some nutters are cheering for the cop killers.

We are fast approaching a line that once crossed is going to be tough to get back behind it again. Soon a majority of the public are going to consider cops the enemy and when that happens all bets are off on keeping the peace.

Someone in charge of the LEOs better get a handle on this soon or its katie-bar-the-door!

I think we are already there. It’s clear to me that the cops are the problem. I, for one, am more afraid of cops than I am of criminals. Criminals for the most part pretty much are just a threat to other criminals. Cops are a threat to everyone.

Looks to me like the fellow had a vendetta, if it’s the same family that earlier blamed the officer for not staying in his car.
