When all the news folks from CNN, FOX, MSNBC, ect...are targeted and drug out into the streets, beaten,raped, and murdered - they will then understand that they shouldn’t have played and toyed around with US politics - they are the most ill-equipped to be making social decisions that effect all of us! I wouldn’t be at all surprised. He’s pushing all of the buttons he can. Now the Inner City Blacks are getting theirs pushed.
When people talk about a civil war they think back to the War between the states which is sometimes referred to the War between states rights and the Federal Governments overriding rights. Or the War to Abolish Slavery. And those are all true.
Today though, when I envision a possible Civil War II, I do not see such clear dividing lines. At best I see between Constitutionalist forces versus the current Federal/dictatorial minded forces. Or possibly Urban vs. Suburban/rural. More probable though, I would say a Civil War today would be at first, near anarchy where the scenario is everyone vs. everyone and the survivors of those initial conflicts would evolve into more coherent us vs. them conflicts.
Eventually it would become purely political as the combatants got weary of the fight.
Now as a caveat I need to say that if an external to the U.S. force were to try to get involved you would see a rejoining of forces just to fight them. It goes back to the old way of you and me are squabbling but were still ‘family’ and we’ll kick their asses before we go back to our squabbling.
In each and every case though I see the ‘one’ and his sycophants pushing every button that they can to get someone, anyone, to do ‘something’ that they can use to get the physical conflict started.
I don’t think that it will end up going the way they expected it to. However only the history written by future historians will know for sure.
Those two groups have been against each other for a long time.
Not to mention a shooting/slashing war.
