Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) said that President Barack Obama told him in March to bring him a "menu" of potential executive actions to grant more amnesty and ease deportations if Congress did not pass a comprehensive amnesty bill. Gutierrez said he and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus plan to do so when they hopefully meet with Obama around July 24th.
On this weekend's Political Capital with Al Hunt on Bloomberg TV, Gutierrez said that Obama told him last March, "Luis, come back at the end of July. I want you to bring your menu at the end of the July. And we're going to start picking from that menu [to pass more executive actions if the House does not pass amnesty legislation]."
When host Al Hunt asked Gutierrez whether he believed Obama could grant work permits to all of the country's illegal immigrants, Gutierrez said, "I think he can begin to do it, and I think he can reach that goal, yes."
"I think he can reach all of them," he continued. "I don't want to preclude the president. I hope the president says, This is the beginning.
Gutierrez, who has already sent Obama a four-page wish list of executive actions, said that Obama should use the border crisis to ram through amnesty programs and ease more deportations.

Send all 100,000 “children” to Delaware and Maryland.
Isn’t refusing to enforce the laws - heck, willfully circumventing the laws — a high crime and misdemeanor?
Keep in mind that Luis isn’t just a Democrat. He’s an avowed Communist. A lot of Dems in Chicago are quick to point that out.
He’s also of Puerto Rican descent. Not Mexican, nor Central American.
Every few years, native Puerto Ricans get to vote on whether Puerto Rico should become a US State, become an independent nation, or remain a US commonwealth.
The majority always votes to preserve the commonwealth status quo. The smallest percentage of voters - the Communistas - vote for independence.
Gutierrez doesn’t even represent the majority of Puerto Ricans, (whether in Chicago, or otherwise) he represents the hard left.
Destroying America would not benefit Puerto Rico. Nor would it benefit Chicagoans of Puerto Rican descent. It would only benefit America’s enemies.

Thanks Tailgunner Joe.
ITEM---Gutierrez's aye votes for amnesty are an inherent conflict of interest b/c the amnesty law protects elected latinos from wrongdoing.
A PROTECTION RACKET EMBEDDED IN US LAW the Senate amnesty bill actually protects corrupt Latino Public Officials from US laws and from prosecution.......only latino pols.
Vote-crazed Dems allow amnesty to absolve elected/appointed latinos holding US public office from prosecution for wrongdoing---for crimes like government fraud, graft, bribery, selling votes for cash....(the usual politician crimes).
