Good thing they shipped illegals to the safe haven of Chicago to escape the violence of central America.SO true. Maybe other "garden" spots could be Watts, Harlem, Oakland-San Leandro Road, Tenderloin (San Francisco), Detroit Partnership, Florida Market in our nation's capital and East St. Louis.
They are ALL such delightful neighborhoods.
