The Environmental Protection Agency has quietly floated a rule claiming authority to bypass the courts and unilaterally garnish paychecks of those accused of violating its rules, a power currently used by agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service.
The EPA has a history of overreaching its authority. It seems like once again the EPA is trying to take power it doesnt have away from American citizens, Sen. John Barrasso, Wyoming Republican, said when he learned of the EPAs wage garnishment scheme.

OK. But for a question for all. Why doesn’t congress fix this. If we can’t get rid of the EPA, then we can de-fund them. Pick the rules they want eliminated and tell the EPA they get funded when they toe the line. Let the king rant all he wants when the dims shut down the government. I would make sure all the folks on the government dole understand that the money they loose as a result of a democrat driven government shutdown will never be restored. Bet they will light up the phones to their representatives then.
