It doesn’t matter what the issue is, the law is not there to force someone to serve someone else against their will.
At least the judge was consistent:
What if a Catholic went to an Orthodox Jewish carpentry in [the ultra-Orthodox town of] Bnei Barack and asked them to build a statue of Mary? Would they have to build the idolatrous image?"
The judge replied: "They would have to make it or else be fined. That is the law."
Thus a Jewish or black baker would forced to bake a special cake for a KKK celebration.
But would a homosexual baker be forced to do the same?
